We are now well into the changes that have resulted from that Grey Listing, the expansion of the reach of Financial Intelligence Centre, the additional information requirements from the Master of the High Court regarding Trusts, amendments to section 55 of the General Laws Amendment Act, amendments to the Companies Act and Regulations and last, but certainly not least, changes to information required by SARS.
